- All Shoe Orders (Customized and Non-Customized)**: Once you have confirmed the product photos and we have shipped your order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy applies to both customized and non-customized shoes. Please ensure that you carefully review the product photos and confirm your satisfaction before we proceed with shipping.
- Customized Shoes**: Due to the personalized nature of custom shoe orders, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please make sure to review the product photos we send before confirming the shipment.
